I LOVE Asian Pears….they’re perfect! Crisp, refreshing, not overly sweet….yum!

We have two trees in our backyard that are completely full…if you live in the Bay Area, drop me a note and we’ll figure out a way to get you some.

One of my favorite ways of eating these is with a pinch of salt and red chilli powder… unripe mangos and apples also taste good like this.

I’m excited about all the different things we’re gonna make with all these divine little pears…definitely some jams and I’m sure some yummy desserts….I’ll be in touch, SOON!

p.s. If you have any Asian Pear recipes, please feel free to pass them this way! :).
