2 tablespoons chia seeds, soaked in ¼ cup of water for five minutes.
1 tsp vanilla
1 tablespoon coconut oil
Instructions
Soak chia seeds in ¼ cup of water for 5 min.
Place all liquids in blender, then add fruit, coconut oil, soaked chia seeds, vanilla and last but not least the spinach and then blend for 3 minutes. (Please note: placing ingredients in this order, helps the smoothie blend easier.)
