I love holiday baking :). It does make me miss my mom tremendously, but am grateful for having the memories and being able to take a stroll down memory lane…our cookie planning, baking days and frosting afternoons :).
We’ve always had a few favorites that we make annually:

Pistachio and Chocolate Thumbprint Cookies (GF/V options)
Walnut, Coconut and Cream Cheese Shortbread (GF/V options)
New cookies that I’ve been eyeing to add to our line up are:
Peanut Butter Cookies (GF/V)
Gingerbread Men (GF/V)
Almond Flour Ginger Cookies (GF/V)
