My Favorite Holiday Recipes
With the holidays around the corner, I thought I’d share a few more of my favorite recipes….so whether you’re looking for some easy travel food, fun breakfast options or a meatless alternative for a main dish…below are a few things I’ll be cooking up over the next few weeks:
Easy, Homemade Banana Bread – great to make ahead for an easy breakfast, snack or travel food.
Eggless Benedict – a fun alternative to add to a vegetarian/vegan brunch menu
Eggnog French Toast: eggless – a quick and festive breakfast option
Savory Indian Pancakes – takes a little more planning, but boy these are delicious!
Quinoa & Black Bean Cakes – a great vegetarian alternative for a main course and easy travel food
Cauliflower Arugula Soup – light, comforting and delicious
Homemade Sun-dried Tomato, Smoked Paprika and Parmesan Ravioli’s– This dish is definitely a project, so best to make for a small group. But OMG, so good!
Also, as you begin to gather, if you or anyone in the family is starting to get a cold, the flu or tickles in the throat, here’s my FAVORITE, Super Home Remedy. It’s a really powerful concoction and easy to whip up as long as have fresh ginger, turmeric, honey and lemon on hand.
Last but not least, wishing you all a lovely holiday season full of peace, love and joy!
