If you go to work on your goals, your goals will go to work on you.

If you go to work on your plan, your plan will go to work on you.

Whatever good things we build end up building us.

I’ve always loved this quote. And over the past few years as I’ve been digging deep, clearing out the clutter and trying to become a more active listener of my inner whispers it makes so much more sense to me—the clearer I get in what I want, the clearer the universe can help support me.

I use to be a big journal and goal writer, but in recent years I’ve become more visual. Being more visual doesn’t mean you can’t set goals or intentions. Instead, you make Vision Boards!

Vision boards are powerful tools for weeding through the voices in your head and whispers in your heart, setting intentions and planning for the future. I’ve found the process of creating a vision board to be much more organic than journal writing… I didn’t realize it until after my first vision board, but setting intentions visually allowed me to hear my inner whispers even a little louder. When I look back on old vision boards, it’s so awesome to see the things that I was putting out there and what has now either been put in motion or come to be.

It’s January….the perfect time to get clear on what it is YOU want , so that the universe can help conspire to support you.

Vision boards can be done at home on your own, but I’ve found doing it with a group not only makes it more fun, but helps put out the intention into the universe a little stronger.

I hope you’ll be able to join me this month as a group of us get together for:
