For the past few months, my husband and I have been writing 9 daily intentions + 3 gratitudes— as a way to start the day— with an aim in site. It’s been an interesting and valuable process doing it day after day, as it’s made us so much more purposeful from the get-go in the morning. It’s also provided us inspiration for when we run into road blocks…due to external events or our own internal fears :).

We have some big transitions we’re going through…we just moved back to California! Transitioning isn’t easy because it involves change. And even when change is good…it can still be hard. That uncertainty of not knowing how things are going to unfold or how one thing will lead to another. The whole process tests our faith, patience and determination. So, in order to support ourselves through this big transition, we started to plant intentions + gratitude around the whole adventure prior to our move and we’re continuing to plant our daily intentions + gratitude now. It’s amazing how when we can get clear, the universe can than finds ways to support us.

Our drive across the country was beautiful! And at time’s challenging. After a year of being pretty much homebound, it was so weird criss-crossing the country and taking in all the sights, sounds, people and adventures along the way. We’ve been pretty conservative through Covid with our precautionary measures…which we observed and continue to observe– so we did what felt most comfortable to us through our journey. I’m grateful to have arrived on the West coast and now look forward to settling in over the next few months.

Have you ever consistently put out your intentions + gratitude into the world?
It’s an amazing daily practice!
I’ld love to hear about your experience in the comments below!

Lastly, before our move, I finished the first portion of my Wellbeing certification program—yay! This fall I’ll be offering some new classes which I’m getting so excited about sharing with you all…they’re steeped in meditation, ayurveda and LOVE :)!

I hope you’re happy, healthy and safe in your corner of the world!
May the rest of your summer unfold with with synchronistic ease and innate joy :).

Happy July, friends!
xo,
