Last fall when I realized that I wouldn’t be able to re-open my online store as I had originally planned, a mentor of mine, said something so simple, yet profound. She said, “Are you ordering off of yesterday’s menu? Are you holding on to ideas of who you are, what you should do? Instead, why not be fully present to invite your current self to order off today’s menu. Radically reimagine how your life could be”.
Those words were just what my soul needed to hear.

So, I took time to mindfully examine my “menu” – radically reimagining what exactly it is that I want to do. What I realized was that I have such a deep love for meditation, well-being and living intentionally so, in addition to the art and gifts I’ve created in the past, I really want to be able to offer classes, 1:1 coaching and build a community of like-minded wellbeing seekers that could support each other.

Radically Reimagining Life

With that as a backdrop, I’m excited to share that this past January I started a year-long Well-Being/ Meditation/ Coach certification program with the Chopra Center! It’s deeply rooted in Eastern wisdom traditions of the Vedas and Ayurveda…everything I’ve been practicing for most of my adult life. When I read through their syllabus, I knew it was going to be a great fit for me.

I’m so excited about this decision and about all the new offerings I’m putting together for you :)—honestly, I can’t believe I didn’t do this sooner.

What about you?
Are you inviting yourself to order off of today’s menu?

I’m still offering Creative Design Services as I go through my certification process over the next year :)! So, if you are need of a logo or branding work, a website, marketing collateral or just need help putting together an editorial calendar + executing it …I’m your gal :). I’m booked through mid June right now, so if you have a project on the horizon, I’d love to set up a time to talk so we can get it scheduled for execution sometime this summer!

With gratitude,
Kajal
