What Stillness Means to Me


Last weekend I had the honor of being a guest on my friend, William Brown’s One Word Conversations Show. Our conversation was on the word Stillness—which of course is a word I can talk about for hours and hours and hours. 🙂


During our talk I shared a little on the book I’m currently in the middle of writing; A Beginner’s Guide to Meditation: Everything you need to know to start a daily meditation practice for inner peace and world peace. I’m so excited about sharing this book with you soon! Its meant to help people who want to start a meditation practice but don’t know how. In it I provide insight on meditation— how meditation impacts your mind, transforms your body and nurtures your spirit. Instructions on how to meditate and set up a  daily practice. And provide tools and resources to help stay inspired and motivated for the long haul.
